Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Adjunct Faculty member to provide quality education and uphold high standards of academic excellence while teaching courses within the Health Services Administration discipline. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting office hours as assigned to provide academic support. - Delivering courses from a pre-designed curriculum, leveraging your professional expertise to ensure high-quality instruction. - Enhancing the curriculum through the integration of technology and video resources. - Utilizing our online learning platform to enrich the student learning experience and foster engagement. - Being accessible to students via email, phone, text, and during office hours to offer timely feedback and support their academic progress. - Setting clear expectations and ensuring students understand the evaluation criteria. - Adhering to all University policies and procedures. - Participating in faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required to stay current and effective in your role.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications: 1. Hold a Master's degree in the discipline or possess a professional certification in the discipline specialty from a regionally accredited institution. 2. Teaching experience at the college level is strongly preferred, with online teaching experience as a significant advantage. 3. Possession of a terminal degree, or active pursuit thereof, is highly desirable. 4. Professional certification in the discipline specialty, if applicable, is required. 5. Must be authorized to work in the United States; please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position. 6. All degrees must be conferred and come from an accredited institution to be considered.
