Account Representative
Job Description
Become deeply acquainted with the sales process and articulate it clearly to customers, delivering consistent messaging in line with sales strategies. Proactively engage with assigned accounts, even those without active field sales coverage, adhering to specified contact frequency metrics. Follow up on field team interactions to ensure clear communication and seamless execution. Cultivate robust customer relationships throughout the sales cycle, adopting a customer-first approach and promptly addressing inquiries. Identify and prioritize new account leads, assess opportunities, and arrange meetings for field sales teams. Coordinate customer communications with field strategies, managing the sales funnel and supporting new, stalled, and ongoing deals. Aid territory planning and business reviews by working closely with Regional Sales Managers and Clinical Trainers. Support loyalty program onboarding, compliance, and usage in partnership with field representatives. Maintain accurate customer data by updating contact details. Log all customer interactions daily in the CRM system and adhere to company policies. Support promotional activities, training sessions, and product launches, complementing the field team efforts.
Qualifications
1. High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is preferable. 2. Experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service is essential. 3. Demonstrated ability to independently solve problems with keen attention to detail. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Proven ability to build strong customer relationships in a remote setting. 6. A growth-oriented mindset focused on development and closing win-win opportunities. 7. Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization abilities. 8. Capacity to analyze issues and offer effective solutions benefiting both the customer and the company. 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is advantageous. 10. Previous telephone-based sales experience is highly desirable.
