Job Description

Vetcove is seeking an Account Manager to be the primary contact for client communication and oversight. Responsibilities include crafting agendas, hosting weekly meetings, and managing action items for key accounts. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to stay informed on product initiatives, managing catalog updates and marketing campaigns, and analyzing account performance to identify optimization opportunities. You will also work on client feedback, bug resolutions, and onboarding new clinics, while nurturing corporate relationships to build loyalty and trust in the Vetcove HD platform. Enhance veterinary care through dedicated client relationship management and strategic project oversight.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management. 2. Bachelor's Degree is required. 3. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills are essential. 4. Excellent time and process management abilities are crucial. 5. Experience in creating client-facing reports with actionable insights. 6. Proficiency in presenting data analyses and partner business reviews. 7. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. 8. Interest in building client relationships and willingness to travel. 9. Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic startup environment.
