Job Description
Take ownership of the entire client journey, from the initial contact to the successful placement. You'll collaborate directly with the founders daily, managing the end-to-end delivery system. Conduct sales calls, secure deals, and maintain the account relationship post-agreement. Work together with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable talent. Evaluate challenges and make informed hiring decisions to drive success.
