Job Description

Engage with customers frequently to understand their evolving service needs, campaign objectives, reporting preferences, and technology landscape. Cultivate strong relationships with customers, fostering trust, transparency, and collaboration between our firm and their organizations. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant services and solutions to address emerging customer needs. Translate customer requirements, even when incomplete, into clear technical specifications to facilitate the delivery of complex services. Oversee and facilitate communication across departments to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables to customers. Continuously expand your knowledge of tools, techniques, and solutions that drive data and technology transformation for our clients and within the industry.

Qualifications

1. Excellent and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong time management skills. 3. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 4. Proficiency in data analysis using Excel. 5. General understanding of CRM and digital marketing software. 6. Ability to quickly learn new business processes and systems. 7. Ability to apply broad business principles to new tools, techniques, and technologies.
