Account Manager – Renewal Sales

Job Description

Focus on maintaining existing accounts and driving revenue growth through sales renewals. Manage a portfolio of accounts, guiding customers and channel partners through the renewal process. Collaborate with regional teams on deal reviews, renewals, and account planning. Address bottlenecks in the renewal process, recommending effective solutions. Build Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide up-to-date insights to senior leadership. Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancement. Maintain an accurate renewal forecast, emphasizing timeline and precision.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in sales. 2. 2+ years of experience focused on renewals. 3. Experience in sales or related roles within the technology/software sector. 4. Proficiency in written and spoken English. 5. Familiarity with sales processes, business acumen, and methodologies (preferably MEDDPICC). 6. Solid experience utilizing Salesforce and Clarion. 7. Demonstrated ability to implement strategic prospecting and sales process management. 8. Experience collaborating with geographically diverse partners and fostering inter-organizational relationships. 9. Fluency in both English and Portuguese is essential.
