Job Description

Join our team as an Account Manager and nurture client relationships from the initial contact through contract renewal. We focus on reliability and providing tailored solutions. You'll offer guidance on open-source subscriptions, support agreements, and related services, expanding your customer portfolio, identifying new opportunities, and working with technical teams. Your responsibilities include managing your pipeline, providing forecasts, and updating your CRM, plus representing us at community events and online.

Qualifications

1. Must have experience in account management, sales, or customer success in the software/IT industry. 2. Familiarity with open-source business models, including subscriptions, support, and consulting, is advantageous. 3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a strong interest in technology, are crucial. 4. An organized, self-motivated approach, particularly in remote work environments, is essential. 5. Willingness to collaborate in diverse teams and in an open, global setting is required. 6. Proficiency in German (C1+) and business-fluent English are necessary.
