Job Description
Join Nestlé Professional as an Account Manager and play a crucial role in enhancing growth in the food service sector. Responsibilities include participating in the Management Business Planning cycle to address challenges in achieving sales, market share, and budget targets. Optimize product mix through Supplier Relationship Management and Category Management. Activate targeted Category Roadmaps and sales initiatives with customers. Develop customized sales presentations and continuously evaluate category fundamentals. Manage commercial spending effectively and ensure compliance with company principles and policies.
Qualifications
1. 3+ years of experience in sales and account management, with a proven track record. 2. Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record; willingness to travel within the assigned territory. 3. Post-secondary education in Business or a related field. 4. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. 5. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 6. Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent time and project management skills. 7. Self-starter with the ability to think creatively to secure incremental business opportunities. 8. Bilingualism in English and French.
