Account Manager – Large Corporate Legal

Job Description

Drive customer retention and up-selling initiatives within our existing client base. Achieve customer satisfaction across the Corporate Legal customer segment. Manage clients effectively, deploy internal resources strategically, and expand product and service offerings within the designated region. Meet Point Of Sales targets within assigned accounts and Revenue goals within the region. Develop a robust pipeline through proactive account management and strategic account planning. Maintain the overall health and relationship status with each customer. Oversee the complete sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals. Promote a consultative sales approach at all organizational levels. Create customized, solution-focused proposals with optimal positioning and pricing for software and services. Develop and monitor the pipeline within assigned accounts, utilizing CRM tools and providing weekly forecasts and opportunity progression reports. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Represent the product portfolio at industry events, speaking engagements, and trade shows.

Qualifications

1. Proven track record in generating new business sales. 2. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for effective collaboration across teams. 3. Solid understanding of solution selling value proposition. 4. Functional knowledge of the negotiation process. 5. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented sales environment. 6. Excellent organizational and time management capabilities. 7. Technical aptitude with proficiency in computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM applications. 8. Willingness to travel up to 10%.
