Account Manager

Job Description

Manage and expand a portfolio of existing products. Drive the adoption of additional products across existing licenses. Ensure contract renewals while working closely with the Customer Success team. Develop and implement comprehensive strategic account plans. Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Oversee the full cycle of renewals and contract modifications. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to monitor and improve account health. Maintain thorough records of account activity and deliver regular forecasting reports.

Qualifications

1. 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success within SaaS, ERP, or CAD/CAM industries. 2. Strong business acumen. 3. Proven success in meeting and exceeding quotas through upselling and cross-selling. 4. Experience with contract negotiations, renewals, and license model management. 5. Familiarity with CRM systems and forecasting tools (Hubspot, Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.). 6. A strong understanding of the manufacturing, woodworking, or millwork industry is a plus.
