Job Description

Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring departmental production standards are achieved. Develop tailored renewal strategies by collecting and reviewing detailed client information. Coordinate with group administrators and carriers to facilitate open enrollment. Use CRM platforms to track renewals and upsells, effectively managing client accounts. Generate competitive renewal analyses for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education preferred. 2. Minimum of 2 years experience as an Account Manager in Group Health Insurance. 3. Must hold and maintain Life & Health License. 4. Knowledgeable in employee benefits (health, dental, vision, life). 5. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
