Job Description

Assume responsibility for all commercial activities, spanning from business development and tendering to partner training and after-sales coordination. Drive sales and cultivate enduring customer relationships within the hotel and restaurant sector, property development, and institutional segment. Manage key distributors and collaborative partners. Administer and further refine the existing customer portfolio, encompassing service and maintenance. Sustain contact with end-users (hotels, restaurants, healthcare and welfare facilities, laundries, and municipalities). Ensure streamlined channel management and collaboration with resellers, architects, and service partners. Plan and execute sales initiatives in alignment with the company's objectives. Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy within the Swedish market. Follow up on agreements and ensure high customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with technicians, service partners, and colleagues across the Nordic region.

Qualifications

1. Experience in B2B solution sales, ideally within machinery, technical equipment, or hotel and restaurant-related industries. 2. Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule. 3. Strong communication skills in a Nordic language, coupled with proficiency in English. 4. Results-oriented, structured, and quality-conscious approach. 5. High integrity and ability to foster long-term relationships. 6. Comfortable with travel and client meetings throughout the country. 7. Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English. 8. Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly.
