Job Description

Become deeply familiar with our operations, cloud management platform, support offerings, and how they address client requirements. Retain comprehensive knowledge of your customer portfolio, proactively communicating with vendor teams to demonstrate value and identify revenue opportunities. Expedite customer-related support issues to ensure satisfaction remains exceptionally high. Negotiate lasting agreements with key decision-makers, balancing customer, vendor, and company needs. Uncover potential workload opportunities in customer's cloud environments and SaaS solutions. Establish regular engagement with your customer base, accommodating both strategic and emerging clients. Compile customer feedback to align product development with market demands. Provide customer insights to engineering teams for enhanced prioritization and market alignment. Conduct quarterly reviews, tracking project timelines, cloud spending, and feedback on DoiT support. Maintain strong relationships with cloud providers for synchronized customer engagements. Pinpoint cost optimization opportunities within customer cloud environments. Collaborate with cloud vendor sales representatives on shared customers.

Qualifications

1. 3+ years of experience in Account Management supporting the EMEA market 2. 2+ years of experience at a technology company (SaaS, SI, Cloud Vendor…) 3. Experience supporting customers in the AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure ecosystem, or another cloud vendor. 4. Strong verbal/written communication skills in English and Dutch, and ideally additional languages (e.g., French, etc) 5. Strong technical skills that enable you to engage productively with technical teams, and the ability to build influential relationships 6. Great operational/administration skills, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to “zoom” in/out from the big picture to the minutiae 7. A desire to grow within the organization and continuously broaden your skill sets 8. A great sense of humor and enjoys having fun at work 9. Bonus Points: Cloud Certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner or Google Cloud Digital Leader certifications)
