Job Description

Join Dodge Construction Network as an Account Manager and cultivate strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing excellent support to ensure satisfaction. Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth through upselling, renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities. Proactively mitigate retention risks by addressing client concerns. Serve as the main contact for client inquiries and deliver ongoing value. Use data to reinforce product value and overcome objections. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Care to improve client outcomes and advocate for clients internally to enhance their experience. Provide product training and achieve performance metrics related to retention and engagement. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

1. 2+ years of account management or customer-facing experience. 2. Strong relationship-building and client-focused skills. 3. Ability to identify client needs and provide solutions. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 6. High level of integrity and ownership. 7. Ability to quickly learn SaaS products. 8. Proficiency with standard business tools. 9. Basic understanding of the construction industry.
