Job Description

Join our team as an Account Manager and drive sales growth in the dairy, beef, and technology sectors. You will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets, developing account plans, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers and veterinarians. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct regular customer engagement meetings and account reviews to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilize CRM tools to manage customer and territory information effectively. Analyze territory performance data to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies. Complete administrative tasks, including preparing reports and promptly addressing client requests.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Science or Business. 2. Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Animal Health/Agricultural Industry, specifically in equipment or technology. 3. In-depth knowledge of the dairy and/or beef industry in Canada. 4. Strong understanding of disease epidemiology, therapeutics, prevention strategies, and responsible use principles. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software. 6. Valid driver's license required. 7. Must be proficient in English. 8. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
