Account Manager
Job Description
Join our team as an Account Manager and cultivate strong relationships with referral sources across key markets to fuel our expansion. You'll manage inbound referrals, ensuring seamless communication and visibility throughout the admission process. Engage with patients, families, and providers to understand their needs, remove treatment obstacles, and foster community bonds. Develop strategies to enhance partner engagement through various channels and represent us at educational events and presentations. Your insights will shape our marketing and product strategies, working closely with internal teams to achieve our goals.
Qualifications
1. Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone (US). 2. Must have fluency in English. 3. Possess 2+ years of proven sales experience with KPI ownership and achievement. 4. Demonstrate strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and active listening abilities with a consultative approach. 5. Exhibit strong project management skills, capable of handling details in a dynamic environment. 6. Have previous experience using Salesforce and other sales tools.
