Account Manager, Business
Job Description
We are looking for a Business Account Manager to help serve, prospect for, solicit, develop, and maintain business relationships with our valued members and clients. In this role, you'll be instrumental in selling our suite of business products and services, utilizing various distribution channels to best meet the needs of our members and clients, aligned with our current strategies and practices. You will cultivate and nurture business relationships with individuals, businesses, associations, and groups, driving results by actively contributing to your unit's sales and business development objectives. You'll work closely with clients who have specific needs, providing expert advice and assistance, and representing Desjardins in entering agreements with these clients. Responsibilities include establishing and negotiating product and service terms in accordance with current standards and procedures, aiding in setting sales objectives, developing actionable plans based on the business plan, and creating an environment conducive to meeting targets. Your expertise will be critical in identifying and analyzing member/client needs, developing custom solutions, and preparing integrated service offers that balance member/client satisfaction, profitability, and risk. You'll also play a key role in monitoring the industry to identify business development opportunities and actively participating in public relations activities to maintain a strong presence in the business community.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. 3. Knowledge of French is required.
