Job Description

Aria Care Partners is seeking a motivated Account Manager to deliver outstanding customer service, retain existing accounts, and drive insurance sales. This role involves building strong relationships with key accounts through regular visits, understanding their needs, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will contribute to strategic planning, implement quality and customer service standards, resolve issues, identify trends, and implement improvements. Responsibilities include identifying marketing opportunities, maintaining promotional materials, planning meetings, attending trade shows, and safeguarding confidential information.

Qualifications

1. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred 2. 3-5 Years previous applicable experience 3. Preferred prior work experience within senior living communities, sales, and life/health insurance 4. Ability to obtain health and life insurance license 5. Reliable transportation 6. Ability to Lift Up to 50 Pounds 7. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record. 8. Preferred skills - experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook. 9. Problem solving skills - strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify problems and develop innovative solutions. 10. Customer service - responds promptly to requests for assistance and strives to continually improve service. 11. Planning/organizing - the ability to manage multiple tasks to ensure that assignments are completed in a timely and productive manner. 12. Quality control/Attention to detail - demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality and applies feedback to improve performance. 13. Adaptability - adapts to changes in the work environment and is able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. 14. Dependability - consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, takes responsibility for own actions, responds to management direction. 15. Efficiency - the ability to visit required number of weekly visits in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. 16. Teamwork - Able to work in team environment. 17. Communication - Strong written and verbal communication skills. 18. Education of Aria Care Partners’ mission & services to potential facilities. 19. Currently possess a life/health insurance license or the ability to successfully complete the licensing course and exam. 20. Territory management – the ability to plan weekly travel throughout the state to visit with nursing home staff and residents. 21. Daily Travel with potential for 75% overnight stay.
