Account Executive
Job Description
We're seeking an Account Executive to develop, manage, and expand our B2B client base and sales pipeline. You will nurture relationships, provide project-based solutions, and collaborate with our team to secure large orders across all WSI Brands. Key responsibilities include: - Promoting WSI products and services to potential and existing B2B clients through phone calls, visits, events, and tradeshows. - Leveraging existing relationships with developers, owners/operators, and end-users to drive large sales and manage project opportunities. - Collaborating with territory teams and B2B leadership, consistently following up on quotes and identifying new sales opportunities. - Representing WSI through exceptional product knowledge and service, partnering with support teams to ensure top-tier service. - Developing and executing a strategic business plan to drive sales growth. - Identifying opportunities for expansion in new verticals such as senior living, cruise, education, government, and healthcare. - Delivering the WSI value proposition and executing your sales strategy through collaboration. - Developing integrated solutions through proactive communication. - Maintaining and tracking your business pipeline using SalesForce.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need: 1. A minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in the contract furniture/hospitality sector. 2. A strong passion for furniture and interior design. 3. Advanced product knowledge in indoor/outdoor contract grade furniture, residential furniture, lighting, textiles, bath/plumbing, or flooring. 4. An established network in the North/Central Florida market. 5. A proven history of driving significant sales growth. 6. Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal and external partners. 7. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. 8. Proactive, solution-oriented problem-solving skills. 9. Willingness to travel up to 50% during peak seasons. 10. Prior experience in B2B sales or retail is preferred. 11. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. 12. Salesforce experience is strongly preferred. 13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
