Job Description

Join Wholix as an Account Executive and play a crucial role in expanding our customer base. Develop and manage your sales pipeline through proactive outbound efforts and leveraging inbound leads. Conduct detailed discovery calls and product demonstrations to close deals. Maintain structured pipeline management in our CRM and collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation. Forecast, report, and achieve sales targets while continuously refining your sales approach. Build lasting customer relationships, uncover upsell opportunities, and contribute to sales best practices. Stay informed about market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities. Your responsibilities include pipeline development, customer qualification, conducting product demos, generating new leads, managing the CRM, optimizing campaigns, forecasting sales, and building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

1. 2-4 years of experience in SaaS sales or similar B2B software solutions. 2. Proven success in closing new customers in mid-market or enterprise environments. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English. 4. Ability to present complex information in a clear, customer-focused manner. 5. Proactive and structured work ethic with strong self-motivation. 6. Eagerness to grow within an international startup environment.
