Job Description

Coordinate and synchronize cross-functional teams, including solution engineering, customer success, and marketing, to achieve value-driven results and meet specific account objectives. Cultivate and broaden relationships within client organizations, engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership. Identify, assess, and secure new business opportunities within key accounts, emphasizing sustained client satisfaction and loyalty. Convey the distinct advantages of Docusign’s Agreement Cloud and IAM solutions, aligning them with each client’s overarching strategies and business imperatives. Oversee intricate sales processes, from initial exploration to final agreement, utilizing established methodologies and data-informed predictions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide excellent client experiences and uphold the strength of essential client partnerships.

Qualifications

1. 12+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a strong history of exceeding revenue targets. 2. Proven ability to manage major accounts, extended and complex sales cycles, and significant transactions. 3. Demonstrated success in creating strategic account plans and achieving quantifiable business outcomes. 4. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities. 5. Strong sense of ownership, integrity, and accountability in achieving goals. 6. Resilience, adaptability, and collaborative spirit in a dynamic, high-growth setting. 7. Strong sales forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven reporting skills. 8. Executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers and C-level leaders. 9. Comprehensive understanding of persona-based and solution selling strategies. 10. In-depth knowledge of SaaS, Cloud, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) technologies. 11. Experience in selling enterprise technology solutions to Fortune 1000 or global organizations. 12. Familiarity with established enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDICC or Challenger. 13. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
