Account Executive, SMB Sales
Job Description
Join our team as an Account Executive and drive sales within T-Mobile's SMB sector. Key responsibilities include: * Generating leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking. * Identifying customer needs and recommending tailored wireless solutions. * Negotiating and closing deals to meet sales targets. * Developing skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management. * Participating in product training and sales meetings. * Creating effective sales approaches and proposals. * Managing sales funnel and reporting on sales activities and forecasts. * Maintaining and growing the customer base within a territory model.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need: 1. High School Diploma/GED. 2. 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment. 3. Outside B2B sales experience is a plus. 4. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment. 5. Demonstrated experience in delivering superior customer service. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Effective negotiating and closing skills.
