Job Description

Join PlanetBids as an Account Executive and drive sales within the small to mid-market agency sector. Your role involves managing the complete sales cycle, starting from identifying potential clients to finalizing deals. You'll be expected to generate leads through strategic outbound efforts, provide product demonstrations, and manage your sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM. This position requires close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to enhance messaging and improve conversion rates. Meeting monthly and quarterly quotas is essential, as is engaging with various stakeholders to build consensus and move deals forward.

Qualifications

1. Must have 1–3 years of experience in SaaS or digital sales, demonstrating the ability to manage deals from initiation to completion. 2. Experience or a strong interest in sales within the government or education sectors is highly advantageous. 3. Proficiency in HubSpot CRM is essential for accurate pipeline management and activity logging. 4. Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and presenting via video platforms like Zoom or Teams. 5. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to craft effective outreach and conduct productive calls. 6. Demonstrate a natural problem-solving approach, using empathy to connect customer challenges with suitable solutions. 7. Must be self-directed and accountable in a fully remote environment, effectively managing time and pipeline without close supervision. 8. Must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work for any employer. 9. Willing to travel up to 25% for conferences, trade shows, training, and corporate events. 10. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
