Primer is seeking an Account Executive to manage the entire sales cycle, from finding potential customers to closing deals, with a focus on enterprise-level accounts. The responsibilities include building a strong pipeline by identifying and connecting with potential customers, networking, and developing strategic partnerships. Developing custom sales plans is crucial to engage decision-makers and show the value of Primer's platform. This role involves working with different teams to ensure top-notch customer experiences, sharing prospect feedback, and using customer insights. Presenting creative solutions to customer challenges is a key aspect, as is accurately predicting sales results and keeping detailed records in CRM systems.
Qualifications
1. Must have experience in enterprise sales. 2. Fluency in both French and English is essential. 3. Driven to consistently exceed goals and expectations. 4. Must be proactive in improving processes and creating best practices. 5. Skilled in strategic negotiation, with a passion for closing deals. 6. Able to provide consultative selling to identify customer challenges and present innovative solutions.
