Job Description

Deel is seeking a passionate and driven Account Executive to drive sales success. This role focuses on selling to mid-market customers (200-2,000 employees), especially for software-led products, requiring strong success as a new business hunter. The ideal candidate takes ownership of the entire sales cycle, builds strong relationships, and effectively communicates Deel IT's value proposition. This is a results-oriented position for someone with an owner mindset.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in IT SaaS (MDM, IAM, device lifecycle, SaaS procurement, or adjacent categories). 2. Proven track record as an integral part of a successful business, with demonstrated outlier results. 3. Expertise in closing B2B software-led product sales, with a strong individual contributor record. 4. Ability to build strong pipelines while effectively partnering with a BDR. 5. Accurate sales forecasting skills, proactively identifying pipeline gaps and exceeding targets. 6. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams within a growing company and building strong relationships. 7. Ability to thrive in a global remote team environment.
