Job Description
Join Metricool as an Account Executive, focusing on the LATAM and US markets. You will identify and engage potential clients, managing the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Generate new business through proactive outbound prospecting, tailoring presentations to address specific client pain points. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, nurturing client relationships with consistent follow-ups. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing feedback to optimize internal sales strategies. Actively participate in team meetings to enhance sales playbooks and improve overall team performance.
Qualifications
1. Must be located in Mexico or El Salvador. 2. 3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. 3. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. 4. Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English is essential. 5. Proficiency in CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce. 6. Demonstrated success in generating business through cold prospecting. 7. Comfortable managing sales targets, conversion rates, and MRR metrics. 8. Familiarity with the SaaS and marketing landscapes. 9. Comfortable adopting new tools to improve productivity.
