Account Executive
Job Description
Seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive growth within the veterinary channel for pet insurance. Responsibilities include actively pursuing new business, managing a portfolio of accounts, conducting product training sessions, and developing customized sales strategies. Serve as a trusted advisor to veterinary partners, build strategic partnerships, and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities. Combine persuasive presentations with relentless follow-up to drive behavior change and achieve consistent quarter-over-quarter growth.
Qualifications
1. 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years of field/outside sales. 2. Proven success in low-structure or start-up environments. 3. Strategic and creative approach to sales. 4. Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter attitude. 5. Experience with concept selling in B2B or B2B2C environments. 6. Strong data analysis and territory planning skills. 7. Solid foundation in core sales skills (route planning, objection handling, closing). 8. Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty License within 30 days. 9. Ability to work nights and weekends. 10. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
