Account Executive
Job Description
As an Account Executive, you will be the main point of contact for group representatives and brokers, ensuring a smooth plan implementation, service, and renewals. This involves creating educational materials, leading benefit meetings, and designing comprehensive plans. Work collaboratively with the consulting team and clients to manage and enhance the health plan, offering renewal consultations and executing necessary plan design changes. You'll also prepare plan performance reports, provide essential compliance assistance, and introduce new programs and services to clients and brokers.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. 2. 3-5 years of healthcare experience in client services, ideally in the TPA sector.
