Account Executive

Job Description

As an Account Executive at Fiserv, you will: * Identify and secure new sales prospects, nurture existing client relationships, and introduce innovative products through strategic cross-selling. * Drive revenue growth in Slovakia and the Czech Republic by promoting Fiserv's comprehensive Enterprise solutions, including merchant acquisition, terminals, gateways, and value-added services. * Target key sectors like Retail, Grocery, QSR, Hospitality, and Delivery, adopting an omnichannel approach across Central and Eastern Europe, focusing on Merchants, ISVs, and Payment Facilitators. * Cultivate and expand relationships with current clients, introducing new product offerings. * Craft and implement detailed market entry strategies to fuel Fiserv's business expansion and revenue, refining pricing models and contractual frameworks.

Qualifications

To be successful as an Account Executive, you should have: 1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the merchant acquiring industry. 2. A strong understanding of payments technology, particularly omnichannel platforms, gateways, and terminals. 3. Proven ability to manage sales deals from initiation to contract closure. 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure deals and build lasting client and partner relationships. 5. Strong business analysis and financial acumen. 6. Proficiency in navigating relationships within large, multicultural organizations. 7. Fluency in English and Slovak/Czech languages. 8. A valid driver's license.
