Join our distributed sales team across Germany and the United States. Be at the forefront of one of the most significant shifts in engineering history by selling Synera’s AI Agent Platform to the companies that build our physical world. Focus on generating new business, developing strategic relationships, and supporting forward-thinking organizations as they adopt our solutions. Excel at expanding existing opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and increasing market penetration to deliver sustained impact, driving revenue growth.
Qualifications
1. Proven B2B SaaS sales expertise: a strong track record of selling technically complex software solutions in a B2B SaaS environment. 2. Established industry network: an active and well-developed network of relevant contacts within our target market to generate and accelerate business opportunities. 3. Engineering domain experience: an engineering background or hands-on experience with engineering software (e.g., CAD, CAE, PLM, or similar), enabling effective engagement with technical stakeholders and understanding customer challenges. 4. Executive-level engagement: skilled at building relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders and carrying an existing portfolio of relevant accounts in our industry. 5. Enthusiasm for AI in engineering: genuinely excited about where AI is taking the engineering world — you don’t have to be a technical expert, but you should be curious, informed, and ready to discuss AI with customers. 6. Language skills: native French speaker and fluent in English, able to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders in an international environment.
