Account Executive – Consultative Sales
Job Description
Engage in discovery calls with warm leads. Develop a deep understanding of each prospect's practice, challenges, and goals before presenting tailored solutions. Deliver presentations and proposals that resonate with the audience. Address objections with transparency and build trust. Successfully close new business deals and ensure a smooth handover process. Maintain meticulous pipeline notes in our CRM system. Execute structured follow-up sequences via email, messaging, and calls. Collaborate closely with the founder and internal teams to achieve common objectives.
Qualifications
1. Requires 3-5+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales, preferably in agency services or SaaS. 2. A proven track record of managing full sales cycles from initial discovery to deal closure. 3. Excellent spoken and written English, ensuring clear communication with US-based clients. 4. Demonstrated confidence and polish in virtual settings such as Zoom, as well as in-person presentations. 5. A strong commitment to integrity in sales practices. 6. Exceptional organizational skills with consistent follow-up habits. 7. Previous experience working remotely is essential; candidates without it will not be considered. 8. Must be comfortable reporting to and working closely with the CEO.
