Job Description

Engage with clients regularly through onsite and remote meetings. Keep clients informed about Fiserv's updates and their organizational impact. Foster a smooth interaction environment for clients to connect with Fiserv. Drive collaboration across Fiserv business units to boost revenue, client satisfaction, and value. Manage and resolve client escalations, tracking support tickets, enhancement requests, and projects. Coordinate team training on Digital Channels and Electronic Payments products. Develop client action plans, manage client references, and address client satisfaction issues. Support client visits and ensure billing accuracy.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years in client relationship management, service delivery, or sales to C-Level executives. 2. Experience in electronic banking, mobile banking, or payments. 3. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent military experience. 4. Experience with eCRM software like Salesforce. 5. Working knowledge of Fiserv account processing and online banking products. 6. Experience with Fiserv systems or applications. 7. Additional certifications in banking or financial technology. 8. Must possess valid U.S. work authorization.
